My stay at Sheraton Montazah Hotel was mostly pleasant, with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I couldn't overlook the worn-down condition of some areas and the inconsistent Wi-Fi experience. Overall, I had a lovely time, but there is room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, but it felt small, and the bathroom could use updates. I had a partial sea view, which was nice, but there were some noise issues at night that disturbed my sleep.🌊
Service
10.0
The staff, especially Mr. Ayman, were really good and made my stay nice with their proactive assistance. They were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay, arranging transportation when needed.😊
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great location, opposite Al Montazah Park and close to the beach, although it requires some travel to reach other attractions. It offered a nice walking area, but it was quiet at times, which could be good or bad depending on what you prefer.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of Middle Eastern and European options that were delicious. The dining options were somewhat limited for dinner, and I found the prices a bit on the higher side.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had decent facilities, such as room service and an outdoor pool, but some amenities felt a bit outdated. The private beach was an added bonus, although the repairs made access tricky during my stay.

7.2/10

My stay at the Sheraton Montazah Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, which was disappointing given the hotel's claims of luxury. The location was perfect for exploring Alexandria, with beautiful views of the sea and Montazah Gardens nearby.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was clean, but I couldn't overlook the old furniture and general wear and tear. The view was nice, but it felt underwhelming for a five-star hotel.
Service
8.0
The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Mr. Aymen, who was proactive in checking on my needs throughout my stay. They were eager to help and made my experience more pleasant.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally located near Montazah Gardens and Mamourah Beach, making it easy to explore the main attractions of Alexandria. The sea view was a highlight.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the delicious pastries, and had good meals at the restaurant. However, some menu options could be expanded.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel has a private beach and an outdoor pool, the facilities felt dated and in need of improvement. It lacks some modern amenities I expected.

6.8/10

My stay at the Sheraton Montazah was not as great as I had hoped. While the location by the Mediterranean was beautiful, the service and overall experience left much to be desired. The room was okay, but it was dated and felt musty, and I had issues right from check-in. I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in had a lovely view, but it was quite dated and needed renovation. I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms, which was distracting.
Service
5.0
While some of the staff were friendly, the service overall was inconsistent and at times frustrating. Check-in was a hassle with unclear communication and poor response times to issues.
Location
6.0
The location right across from the sea was fantastic, and I enjoyed the view. However, it was quite far from dining options outside the hotel, limiting my choices.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the food quality didn’t meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, but the other meals were overpriced for what they offered.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like room service and housekeeping were there, but they didn't seem to prioritize guest comfort effectively. I faced issues like slow Wi-Fi and maintenance delays.

6.4/10

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Montazah Hotel, and while the location was fantastic with a lovely private beach, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff were courteous and welcoming, making me feel valued, but the room had outdated furniture and a strange odor. Breakfast was good, but the dining area was messy. If they can renovate and improve the cleanliness, it could be a much better experience.

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean, but the furniture was very old and worn out. There was an odd smell, and the linens seemed like they hadn't been changed in years. The TV was outdated, and I felt like I was stuck in the 70s.
Service
6.0
The staff were really kind and helpful, but the issues with management and the need for renovations overshadowed their efforts. They did their best given the situation.
Location
8.0
The location was the highlight; it's right across the street from The Montaza with the nicest private beach in Alexandria. I loved the view from my balcony, but getting there was a bit tricky.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered a variety of fresh options, which I appreciated, but the dining area itself was chaotic with dirty tables. The quality of some of the food was good, but overall, it felt lacking.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, including the beach area, were decent, but the hotel itself felt old and needed serious renovations. The swimming pool area was nice, but overall, it didn’t meet five-star standards.

7.4/10

My stay at the Sheraton Montazah Hotel was good, thanks to the stunning sea view and comfortable accommodations. The staff was generally welcoming, though I experienced some inconsistencies in housekeeping. The breakfast selection was varied but could improve in quality, especially the coffee. Overall, a charming place that brings a touch of old-world elegance to Alexandria. 🌊✨

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious with a lovely sea view, but the decor felt a bit dated. I found some areas needing upgrades and maintenance, which impacted my overall comfort.
Service
7.0
While the staff was friendly and eager to assist, there were moments where the response from housekeeping was slow. It felt like they could use a bit more energy in their service delivery.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful sea and near Montazah gardens. It provided a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to beat.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a satisfactory variety, but the coffee was below par compared to other establishments I've visited. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was okay but not particularly nice.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities include a nice private beach and relaxing areas, though some facilities seemed in need of renovation to match the hotel’s luxury branding.
